It's July... When the heck did that happen? It seems the last few months have just flown by in a flurry of work, baby "stuff" and spring rolling into summer. We have had lots of work trips, family visits and just general business. (I still owe an explanation of why I now dislike the word "busy".
With summer rolling in, it's time for another entry of "For the Love"! Wahoo! Today, I am feeling the love of a whole lotta things, so I thought rather than focus on one I might share a handful with you all.
My first warm-weather obsession is one brought on by nostalgia. I am dying. DY-ING. to go check it out. Campowerment is an overnight camp for adults. It's a 3 1/2 day, women-only sleep-away camp in various locations around the country. Have I mentioned I am dying to go?!?!
My next love of the moment is an amazing new-ish product from Beautycounter. Before I dive in, I must put in a plug for this amazing company. If you care about what you are putting on your body, you must check them out. They have an incredible product line, and every single item has a 0-2 rating on the EWG scale. I'm loving their Dew Skin tinted moisturizer this summer- it's super light coverage and an SPF of 20. Perfect for being out and about in the Denver sun!
The next item on my list of loves is a total time saver in our house. Online shopping newcomer Thrive Market is a must for eco-friendly, budget shopping. My last love-of-the-moment takes care of all the ickiness of the summer time. I'm talking germs all over the park, ants that come crawling in... etc etc. I couldn't live without my Young Living Thieves Essential Oil. It smells amazing, and helps keep the bugs away- germs and ants alike!
